Job Descriptions:
1. Manage daily escrow balance
2. Ensuring that cash flow is properly recorded in accounting system
3. Manage periodical reconciliation between internal data and bank statement/payment gateway report, including to identify and solve any irreconciliation/unmatched cases
4. Maintain banking relationships related to escrow accounts
5. Creating solutions for new financial challenges by applying financial/treasury knowledge
6. Monitoring and control money movement process between bank accounts as needed
7. Communicating and solving problems with internal and external parties
8. Coordination with Funding Operational team to settle any issues related to escrow transactions
9. Processing and solving ad hoc issues related to operational transactions
10. Support the regulatory reporting team in relation with any requirements from OJK or other regulatory bodies
11. Support for any requirements arise from external auditor and tax authorities/agents
12. Perform specific accounting journal entries related to operational transactions
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
-Understand general accounting journal entries
2. Has experience on complex data reconciliation
3. Ms Excel savvy
4. At least 2 years as Finance Operations Supervisor or 1 year as Assistant Finance Operations Manager.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Open-minded to accept new technology and adapt to change
7. Communication, Critical, Analytical and Problem-solving skills
8. Ability to manage the work deliverables in the tight deadline
9. Good time management
10. Fintech experience is a plus
