Is this you?

  • Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Business Management / Accountancy / Human Resources with minimum 3 – 4 years of work experience fields in HR Admin Role, such as HR Administrator, Payroll Specialist and HR Generalist
  • Proficiency in using Ms. Excel and Google sheets
  • Possess a good knowledge of legislation and regulations
  • Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail 
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, fostering effective collaboration across teams, while exhibiting utmost integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.

What a day at work for you will look like

  • Imputing and ensuring data accuracy on Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
  • Process end-to-end payroll cycle
  • Collaborate closely with the finance team to guarantee timely completion of tax obligations, reporting requirements, and payment execution.
  • Respond to and resolve employee pay and benefit-related enquiries
  • Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including Health Insurance and ESOP
  • Monitoring the ITAS/ KITAS renewal for all the expatriate employees
