Responsibilities

  • Provide a clear strategic direction, purpose and leadership to the Sales Support team
  • Monitor the accuracy and quality of sales documentation and process, seeking to improve any processes where required
  • Continually seek to develop and improve the quality of presentation, tender and any other customer documentation produced within.
  • Being the person-in-charge to deliver high quality monthly board reporting and analysis of all data to the Management.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • At least 3-5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Experience in leading the team
  • Must have excellent communication skills to make sure that all documents are collected by related departments in a timely manner. 
  • Have experience & understanding of types of document in sales process such as SPH, PO, SO, and DO 
  • Deep understanding of sales administration processes and have team management exposure
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken is a huge plus.
  • Able to work full WFO in Tangerang
