Task & Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute all programs and activity plans outlined in the academic calendar.
2. Manage the daily operations of the school to ensure smooth functioning.
3. Accompany class teachers during the teaching and learning process.
4. Supervise and oversee teachers and other school staff.
5. Evaluate school performance and address disciplinary issues within the school.
6. Maintain positive relationships with parents of students.
7. Coordinate with relevant educational authorities.
Qualifications & experience
1. Devoted to children’s education.
2. Minimum S2 degree in an Education-related major (PG PAUD/PG TK).
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching kindergarten.
4. Management or leadership experience, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in English.
