REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Mathematics or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English.
- Experience 1 year or more of working experience in the related field is advantage.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Can or used to work under pressure.
- Advance in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, etc).
- Willing to work under shift.
- Must have safe and healthy- minded
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Handle 76 people (4 line)
- Communicate daily targets/goals to Team Leaders (TL’s) and monitor performance/address any deviations in areas such as material consumption and performance to plan in order to achieve daily/ weekly/monthly targets.
- Support the Team Leader in handling abnormalities by guiding/assisting in real time data-based problem solving using 5-why and 8-step thinking and seek assistance from support teams as and when required.
- Work with other processes in the value stream such as – (New product integration & QCO, Cutting & Raw Material, Technical & Quality, Engineering etc.) in order to anticipate and address issues that can impact the smooth flow of the value stream/ production process.
- Be a representative as the first level of HR support by assisting in new Team Member selection and orientation and by attending to the following duties (Leave approval, Absenteeism management, conducting performance evaluations of both TL & TM, Planning/managing TL/TM skill development.
