  1. Bachelors or Master’s Degree in fields related to aviation logistics, aviation services, cargo delivery or courier services.
  2. Experience in sales and marketing of aviation logistics, aviation services, cargo delivery services.
  3. Honest, self-improving, and independent, with ability to research technology products and learn about specific customer requirements independently.
  4. Able to communicate fully and professionally in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbally and in writing.
  5. Good experience and existing customer base in aviation services, commercial logistics and/or charter aviation helicopter/plane services.
  6. Able to travel to customer locations around Indonesia outside the city, and internationally as needed.

Job Description:

  1. Actively sell all types of drone products and solutions focusing on DJI Delivery and the flagship logistics drone, the DJI FlyCart 30. 
  2. Systematically approach new sales leads, finding new leads through independent market research, professional networks & associations, participation in events/expos, and other activities.
  3. Achieve sales targets together with other key Sales KPIs, including new customer meetings, account management, weekly sales reporting, and others.
  4. Design drone solutions technical and commercial offers for a wide range of potential customers in the aviation and logistics business.
  5. Reseller Channel Development and Sales Partnerships: develop partnerships with new resellers and manage sales with a wide range of sales partners, achieving specific KPIs for reseller channel development and reseller sales target management.
  6. Collaborate with partner companies and authorized resellers to develop sales and marketing strategies for specific drone logistics solutions, to specific target markets and key accounts.
  7. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, explaining drone products or services to customers. Conduct demonstrations in the field, together with the Operations and Project Team.
  8. Work effectively with the Halo operational team to support sales and pre-sales, understanding customer requirements and working with the team to provide solutions and customer support.
  9. Actively use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, to track sales prospects and sales pipeline
