Responsibilities:
- Conducting financial transactions, financial admin and accounting reports
- Make payment voucher and handle payment to the supplier / vendors
- Process month end activities e.g. reporting and bank reconciliation
- Provide data / financial information, both in general and details required by department parties who require the appropriate authority
- Conduct journal posting with accurate and details
- Monitor controls in accordance with SOP and/or financial control of the parent company
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting
- Had experience in Multinational Company is preferable
- Minimal 3 years in Finance AP
- Familiar with SAP System or ERP ( e.g Microsoft Dynamics)
- Intermediate Level with MS Excel (Spreadsheet)
- Good in communication and teamwork
- Detailed and well organized
- Willing to work overtime
