- Minimum of 3 years experience as estate manager or manager at property developer.
- Proven experience in estate management, with a focus on luxury or high-end properties.
- Strong understanding of property laws, regulations, and homeowners’ association dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets effectively.
- Knowledge of landscape design, property maintenance, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the estate, including property maintenance, landscaping, and security.
- Implement and enforce property policies, ensuring a high standard of living for residents.
- Develop and manage estate budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial sustainability.
- Monitor expenses, analyze financial reports, and make recommendations for improving efficiency.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and landscapers on property development and improvement projects.
- Implement and oversee renovation and enhancement initiatives to increase the value and appeal of the estate.
