Responsibilities:
- Running and controlling the production process based on the work schedule in terms of time, manpower, and work area
- Monitoring the production process from start to finish complies with established standards
- Control the quality of product raw materials during production
- Quality standards of the products produced
- Organize, implement, and ensure production employees work by established standard operational procedures
- Monitoring and supervise the implementation of GMP, 5R, and Personal Hygiene
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree with specific major Mechanical Engineering & Industrial Engineering
- Have minimum 3 years experience as a Team Leader/Foreman or 2 years as a Supervisor in the food manufacturing
- Have a good leadership spirit and the ability to coordinate and motivate a team well
- Have good time management and be able to work effectively
- Disciplined, honest, loyal, responsible, communicative and initiative
- Able to operate a computer
- Willing to work Monday-Saturday (Shifting)
- Willing to be placed in Plant Cikarang or Plant Ciracas
