Job Description:

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy and business plan to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Drive sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, customer presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and drive product development and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives and product roadmap.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to senior management.
  • Continuously assess and optimize the sales process, implementing best practices and leveraging sales enablement tools and technologies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments, sharing insights and recommendations to shape the company’s sales strategy.
  • Market and promote product and service portfolios by creating and  designing sales strategies, such as conducting seminars, and visiting industry events.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the HRIS or related industries is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the HRIS industry.
  • Extensive experience in developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs, and competitive landscape, including experience participating in government tenders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to drive sales success.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
