PT Korea Energy Indonesia (KOENSIA) is a subsidiary of Korea South-East Power Co. (KOEN), established in January 2018 in Indonesia. KOENSIA is responsible for power plant operation maintenance and consulting in Indonesia and our employees have much experience in construction, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and management at KEPCO (Korea Electric Power Generation) and KOEN’s power plants.
In Sulawesi, one of the projects is as O&M Consortium for PLTU Palu-3 2×50 MW. We are looking for the best candidate to support our business activities in Palu, Central Sulawesi. The ideal candidate will possess excellent teamwork and communication skills to deliver duties and responsibilities.
Responsibilities :
- Organize and evaluate the safety rules and procedures of the operational Section by the quality management in the Company in order to ensure the safety and smooth of Power Plant operation.
- Monitor, control, and develop the implementation of the yearly plan for the maintenance of operational section activities effectively to achieve the Company’s target to get the high availability and safe working implementation to humans, equipment, and environment.
- Review the annual budget plan and control the implementation of an approved annual budget of the operation section to ensure the plant operation activities are effective and efficient.
- Control the operational of power plant in all circumstances to maintain the availability of Power Plant based on SOP and applicable standard which defined to support power plant operational activities.
- Review report all required activities of Power Plant Performance,Power trading and Operations management works.
- Monitor human resources development (training, certification and competency) in Operation Department in order to support operations activities.
- Review Faults Report from force stage and to prepare and also review the quality and accuracy of the required information to be reported to Maintenance Department for further corrective action.
- To ensure the quality of operation of the plant, continue to order and review the revision and enactment of procedures.
- Always report important matters that occurred during the operation of the power plant to the head of the department.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years experience in Operation or Maintenance of the coal power plant (PLTU)
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (mechanical or electrical)
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
