Job description
- Translating business plan into customer marketing actions with assigned trade budget
- Monitor key business metrics and KPIs of marketing and trade initiatives
- Develop and manage business plans to drive route-to-market for new product development (NPD)
- Develop trade and activation programs, including strategic planning and execution of trade events and sampling activities
- Conducting pre and post-event evaluations
- Provide administrative support to Sales and Marketing for maintaining accurate records and filing
- Support sales team to build business relationships with distributors to drive product distribution and penetration
- Visit key customers and cities in the region regularly to identify business opportunities and issues
- Provide market intelligence on market trends and competitor activities
- Responsible for data analysis and provide insights related to shoppers, category, customer and channel
- Plan and execute E-Commerce marketing programs by collaborating with distributors
- Engaging E-Commerce platforms to manage online flagship stores
Job specification
- Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of relevant FMCG experience, preferably 5 years in trade marketing background and minimum 2 years in sales.
- Experience in working with distributors
- Independent and determined to succeed in a challenging environment
- Strong leadership skills and has initiative
- Fluent in local language and English
- Good inter-personal and communication skills
- Willing to travel out-station and overseas when required
