Kami adalah group perusahaan makanan siap saji dengan berbagai brand, Seperti Oelek, Beledos, Dan lainnya. Kami memiliki lebih dari 100 karyawan di 3 Shift berbeda di beberapa brand dan membutuhkan SPV Produksi & Pengiriman untuk membantu kami mengkoordinasi operational mulai dari produksi, pengemasan hingga pengiriman di semua brand.
Requirement :
1. At least 2 years of experience in the Production / Food Manufacture /SPV Production & Pengiriman
2. Have a good management skill – Have a good skill on Recruit, Training, Evaluate & Firing
3. Ability to problem solve, to work under pressure, to work well in groups
4. Excellent communication skills, negotiation
5. Strong analytical skills
6. Strong leadership
7. Fast, Agile, Adapt to Situation
Job Desc :
1. Research, planning, organizing, controlling and reporting include metric every operational activities
2. Determine alternative strategies to anticipate conditions that are detrimental to the company
3. Lead the operational department along with all available resources
4. Directing the operational department to achieve maximum productivity as efficiently and effectively as possible
5. Hiring, Train manage, and firing staff, ensuring high levels of performance and job satisfaction.
6. Build interaction and cooperation with consumers/customers (customer satisfaction)
7. Validate related to standard operating procedure (SOP) in the operational department
8. Build company culture on operational division
9. Controlling every operational activity carried out so that it is in accordance with the plans that have been prepared and goal achievement
10. Playing an active role in planning and coordinating the preparation of the revenue budget for each operational unit in a measurable manner and controlling budget realization efficiently and effectively.
11. Oversee inventory, ordering, and supply management for all departments.
12. Carry out the recruitment process from screening to onboarding
