Role Description :

Pharmicell Indonesia is looking for a Team Lead Manager based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This is a full-time on-site role. The team Lead Manager will be responsible for loading a team, managing day-to-day operation, and driving. Performance improvement to achieve business objectives.

Qualification:

  • Over 3 years of experience in team management and proven leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in project management and process improvement.
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities :

  • Managing day-to-day operation
  • Performance improvement to achieve business objectives.
  • Responsible to manage a team
