  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, clients, freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and vendors to define project objectives and deliverables. 
  • Utilize transportation management software (stowage plan, cargo planner, route planner, and other tools) to optimize spaces, routes, schedule, and rates, for cost-effective and efficient transportation. 
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including transport mode, route, timelines, milestones, engineering, calculation, cost budgeting, and resource allocation. 
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing potential issues or delays and proposing solutions to mitigate them. 
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the availability of necessary resources and materials. 
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project-related risks, such as site survey, transportation assessment, and road assessment. 
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records, including budgets, schedules, and reports. 
  • Communicate project status and updates to clients, ensuring alignment with their expectations. 
  • Resolve project-related issues and conflicts in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Continuously assess project outcomes and identify opportunities for process improvements. 
  • Implement best practices & standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensure compliance with national regulations & international trade regulations to streamline workflows and optimize resource utilization. 



  • Minimum a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in project planning and management, with at least 3 years in logistics-related projects. 
  • Strong project management skills, with a focus on planning, scheduling, and execution. 
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. 
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. 
  • Proficiency in project management software, ERP or logistics software, and Microsoft Office. 
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is more preferable. 
  • Multilingual proficiency to facilitate global communication. 
  • Experience in managing international logistics projects involving various transportation modes (air, sea, road, rail).
