DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Quality department management
Incoming/outgoing inspection management to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of inspections
Process quality control management:
Supervise the quality control activities of the production process to prevent quality abnormalities in the process and ensure that the process quality is in a controlled and stable state,
Supervise and provide feedback on product quality abnormalities that occur during the manufacturing process, and follow up on the improvement status of the abnormalities to ensure the improvement and stability of product quality,
Organize statistical analysis of quality information related to process quality control, shipment quality assurance (including outsourced products and components), and customer inspection, and provide feedback to relevant departments to promote overall improvement and enhancement of quality levels
Customer complaint handling, customer complaint handling process, monitoring and verifying the effectiveness of improvement actions and document standardization. Customer feedback matters are closed in PDCA mode
Qualification Skills :
Language proficiency(Written and spoken): English, Can speak Mandarin is an advantage.
Have a deep understanding of the product testing process and be able to independently complete product inspections.
Proficient in using office software (such as Excel, Word)
Good reading ability, able to understand the WI requirements for testing
Familiar with computers and proficient in using testing software
