Requirements and skills :

  • Bachelor Degree or Above Majoring in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Other Relate Major.
  • Min. 5 Years of Working Experience with the Same Position in the F&B (Hotel, Restaurant) or Hospitality Industry.
  • Strong Leadership, Knowledge of tools, concepts, Analytical, and methodologies of training and development.
  • Able to communicate in both verbal & written English.
  • Good time management, capable of creating and maintain training plans or schedules.
  • Possess strong knowledge in Organization Development, Performance Management and People Development are mandatory.
  • Experienced in creating TNA, training modules, delivering soft skill training and hardskill training, perform pre-post test and training reports.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and training software.

 

 Job Description :

  • Design and Develop engaging Training Programs, incorporating various Learning Methods such as in-person sessions, Learning Modules, and Personnel Development Programs. Include Planning and Developing Career Development Plan, Succession Planning, Competency Mapping, Performance Management System to supports organization goals.
  • Execute Training Need Analysis in All Departments to oversee every Department’s Training needs to improve Employee capabilities in order to support company’s business growth.
  • Create and Develop Job Roles and Job Descriptions, and also ensure that all jobs in all roles for every position are clearly described. Maintaining the regular update of the company’s organizational chart/ structures, and keeping the organization structure are in line with the company’s business growth.
  • Through various means (including internal interviews, communication, staff meetings, and one-on-one meetings), encourage employees in various departments to understand and practice the Company’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
  • Conduct New Employee Onboarding Training, develop and implement learning plans, and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Evaluating the training that has been held, both evaluating before and after attending the training (Pre test & Post Test) as well as evaluating the material and effectiveness of the training
  • Coaches, counsels and disciplines staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance
  • Create budgets for all costs associated with training, and write detailed reports to justify expenditures for reporting to company management
