Responsibilities:
- Replying and responding to Brand’s social media (Direct Message, instagram comment , FB, Twitter, Youtube, Tiktok) & brand marketplace
- Handling complaints
- Building a good relationship with customers
- Understanding brand product knowledge
- Cross selling and Up selling
- Monitoring customer voices from various social media
- Identifying types of customers
- Inputting complaint data into the dashboard
- Follow up customers via social media when there is a product restock
- Monitoring response rate and sentiment from customers
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in all majors
- Have min. 1 year experience in customer support
- Have good communication
- Fast response
- Friendly and empathetic
- Customer centric
- Can operate a computer (especially Ms.Office & Gsheets)
- Fluent in English
