The Associate Director is in charge of the farming service in the plantation – preparation, spraying, harvesting, and also developing agricultural tools and machinery to meet the equipment/production needs in the factory.

The client is a conglomerate with various business including plantation.
Description
- Monitor all operational land activities, including the availability of ready-to-plant land, the results of spraying and forcing applications, and the harvesting and shipment processes of fruits, in accordance with planned and quality standards. Quantity & Quality.
- Monitor infrastructure, roads (main road), and channels according to plans and quality standards.
- Monitor the production and development of tools and machinery required by both the Plantation and Factory sub-divisions.
- Monitor the availability of agricultural equipment and machinery units according to the needs of the plantation.
- Monitor the implementation of farming service operational standards at the plantation.
- Develop operational plans and budgets aligned with the company’s strategy and targets.
- Ensure that performance management processes run objectively according to standards. Implementation of PMS.
- Develop employee competency plans with the HR team and provide coaching to enhance employee productivity.
Profile
- Strong background in heavy machineries / bulldozers / agriculture equipment, including maintenance, innovation, digitalization and improvement
- Has strong track record in agriculture operations
- Strong leadership and track record in strategic planning
- Willing to be placed in Lampung
