Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall coordination of transport operations.
- Providing necessary resource capacity to fulfil requirements to deliver on-time transport solutions.
- Assisting and monitoring operations flow of customers assigned.
- Troubleshooting / Problem Solving of escalations in a timely manner to retain client/partner confidence.
- Build Sustainable relationships of trust through interactive communication.
- Keep records of customer interaction on Escalations.
- Handle email correspondence, requests, and queries appropriately.
- Processing / qualifying sales leads.
- Data cleansing and validation information before formalizing the sales lead.
- Assigning the lead to the correct sales channel and follow up for results.
- Preparing and Responding to Rate Inquiries which taken by sales team.
- Actively involved in building new and existing customer relationships.
- Working towards achieving Budgetary goals / KPI’s.
- Accompanying or representing the company at business meetings/review meetings.
- Conduct Monthly review meetings with BU Heads to ensure proper Customer Service is delivered.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 Years’ previous work experience in transport and logistics management, or relevant experience
- Fluency in Languages – English is Mandatory (Written/Spoken), must be a listener and a presenter.
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- Able to analyze data and translate results into better solutions.
- Basic computer skills, and Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel skills.
