Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Monitoring & Controlling center department.
- Process shipment data on the TMS platform.
- Work according to strict timelines and achieve KPI/SLA.
- Adhere to all SOPs, Compliance Procedures, and Work Instructions.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
Position Requirements:
- Energetic, Self-motivated, Positive Attitude, Organized.
- Minimum qualification – Diploma.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferably in Transport and logistics sector.
- Proficiency in English.
- Computer Literate including knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Prior experience in TMS is added advantage.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines, work under pressure and collaborate as a good team player.
