RESPONSIBILITY:
- Control project budgets and make sure they don’t go over budget
- Managing budget HQ and Project
- Make a Gross & Net margin analysis of the project
- Record and analyze all fee submissions from each division
- Develop and implement improvements and cost-cutting measures to existing operating
- Provide weekly report cost and revenue forecasts.
- Support target analysis and budgeting processes.
- Ongoing monitoring and reporting of cost and controls
- Analyze and explain variances of actual vs budgeted.
- Compile and check the supporting information for the payment claims
- Make a journal
REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor degress in Accounting
- Min 3 experience as Cost Control
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experiences in implementing standard costing, costing analysis and improvement method
- Familiar with accurate
- Understand the structure of financial statements.
- Good Computer skill (Ms.Offfice)
- Good command in English
