Qualification
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science.
– Ability working knowledge in application software such as VB, ASP.net, Microsoft C#.net.
– Ability working knowledge in production machine and PLC.
– Ability working knowledge in database such as Oracle, SQL server.
– Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in multiple assignments.
– Ability to communicate in an understandable, polite and friendly manner with service mind.
– Ability to work 24×7 as required.
– Willing to contribute and work as a team.
Scope of responsibilities/job description:
– Execute the day-to-day activities for supporting Production control system.
– Trouble shooting problems hardware, software, network.
– Provide the readiness of IT resource for end-users such as client computer, network, printer and so on.
– Supervising and mentoring IT department employees, as well as providing IT support.
– Contact vendors of software and hardware.
– Actively respond to incidents and requests.
– Study production and machine requirements.
– Develop and test effective automated and manual systems.
– Design and install equipment.
– Collaborate with other engineers, contractors and suppliers.
Experience requirement:
– Minimum 5 years overall experience as IT support team for manufacturing process.
Skills/Competency
– Good English communication skills (both spoken and written).
– Good working knowledge of Unix server and storage
– Knowledge of Microsoft platforms or technology and other common desktop applications.
– Customer service skills.
