Responsibilities
- Defining IT processes, developing IT policy, and implementing IT best practices.
- IT Asset Management: Installing, configuring, and managing employee devices along with their administration.
- Managing, monitoring, and reporting on the allocation of IT assets.
- Ensuring service level troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Ensuring regular checks on network and data security in IT assets.
- Taking the initiative to improve and update software and systems.
- Assessing vendors for new IT hardware and software providers.
- Supporting IT day-to-day operations.
- Secure infrastructure against cyber attacks and perform regular audits.
- Assess, analyze and act on cyber threats and attacks detected on the endpoint.
- Ensuring Data Privacy Compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Technology related field.
- Strong English communication to work in a multinational environment.
- 5+ years of experience in related fields.
- A strong understanding and knowledge of computer, network, and security systems.
- Good teaching, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Have a certification CCNA/CCNP is preferable.
- Experience in managing IT Asset Management/Procurement.
- Experience in software & hardware monitoring
- Experience in implementing ISO 27001 and/or SOC2.
- Experience in installation and configuration on Windows and Mac.
- Experience in the installation and configuration of CCTV, door lock systems, and network printers.
- Experience in diagnosis and troubleshooting of technical issues on IT assets.
- Familiar with Microsoft Active Directory, cloud applications, and Anti-virus programs.
- Solid knowledge of networks (LAN, WAN, VPN).
- Strong ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
- Strong ability to adapt, and can handle ambiguities within a startup environment.
- Proactive and willing to try something new and different to get things done.
