Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. (Point Plus for those with Brevet A/B/C Certification)
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Point Plus for Mandarin Speaking Candidates)
  • Proven experience in finance and human resources.
  • Strong knowledge of financial and taxation regulations and accounting procedures.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data and manage cost efficiency.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and managing budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Manage and reconcile company bank accounts and ledgers.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring they are up-to-date and confidential.
  • Administer employee benefits, programs, and assist with performance management processes.
  • Assist in preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with taxation legislation and keep up to date with changes in tax laws and inform management of significant impacts.
  • Help develop and implement finance and HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Ensure financial, HR, and operational strategies are aligned with company objectives.
  • Registration of Company Vendor List and related requirement, manage company legal documentation and agreements with partnering companies.
