Kualifikasi Pelamar
What skills and experience do you need?
· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering / Civil Engineering. Has an equivalent combination of Construction Management & Project Management training and experience are necessary;
· Have 7 years of related experience in Quality Control Civil Architectural for infrastructure or large-scale construction projects and maintenance works with proven experience as a Inspector QC Civil Architectural in the mining industry is preferred;
· Have substantial experience in the Domestic, light industrial construction industry and in particular facility maintenance; Must have Project infrastructure knowledge on building (Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Piping / Plumbing, Carpentary, Painting); Ability to read & analyze Architectural/MEP/Structural drawings is required;
· Good knowledge about industry products and processes; In-depth knowledge of infrastructure construction practices, building codes, and quality standards; Familiar with Project management plan & system in Mining Infrastructure activity; Have working knowledge in Infrastructure principles, design concepts & operations, and awareness of operation regulatory;
· Proficiency in quality control tools and software; be able to provide reporting;
· Professional certification in quality control or a related discipline (e.g., CQI, ASQ) is preferred.
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues effectively; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams; Possess leadership traits and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment dependent on managing multiple project timelines and schedules simultaneously; A commitment to safety and a desire to maintain our Indonesian mining operations to world class international safety standards;
· Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; computer literate.

Some of your duties will include:
· The role oversees the quality control processes specific to the construction and renovation of infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, tunnels, and public utilities. This role involves ensuring that architectural and engineering designs are executed to meet quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications. The specialist will work closely with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to enforce quality standards and address any issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle.
· Quality Control Planning: Develop and implement quality control plans tailored for infrastructure projects, including highways, bridges, and public facilities; Establish quality standards and metrics for design, construction, and maintenance of infrastructure facilities; Regularly review and update quality control policies to reflect industry best practices, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.
· Design and Documentation Review: Conduct detailed reviews of architectural and engineering designs, construction drawings, and project specifications for infrastructure projects; Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements; Identify design discrepancies, quality issues, and potential risks, and collaborate with project teams to address and resolve them.
· Project Oversight and Inspection: Monitor construction activities and inspect infrastructure sites to verify adherence to quality standards and specifications.
· Conduct site audits and inspections to assess the quality of materials, workmanship, and compliance with safety regulations; work with Superintendent QA QC, Manager Construction to address quality control issues and implement corrective and preventive measures.
· Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all infrastructure projects meet local, state, and national building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards; Prepare comprehensive quality control reports, including findings, recommendations, and status updates for project stakeholders; Maintain detailed records of inspections, audits, and quality control activities.
· Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to quality control processes and procedures to enhance project outcomes; Stay current with advancements in infrastructure construction technology, quality control methodologies, and regulatory changes; Implement innovative solutions to address quality challenges and improve the effectiveness of quality control measures.
