Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, expanding our product offerings, and help recruit new B2B corporate customers. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the digital products market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends. Analyze competitor activities and customer needs to inform business strategies.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify potential markets and customer segments for new product offerings.
  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including suppliers, distributors, and customers. Negotiate and finalize business agreements and contracts.
  • Product Expansion: Collaborate with the product development team to identify and launch new digital products that align with market demand and company goals.
  • Sales Management: Oversee sales activities and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Provide support and guidance to the sales team to enhance performance.
  • Financial Analysis: Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports on business development activities. Identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the digital products industry.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English, both written and spoken. 
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of digital products and the digital marketplace. Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and team management skills. Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Willingness to travel as needed.
