HOURLOGY is a group of companies first established in 2015 in Jakarta, Indonesia. The core of our business is distribution of high-quality Swiss luxury timepieces, exclusively for the Indonesian market. We are the authorized Distributor of Omega watches in Indonesia since 2015. We also operated the cutting edge HOURLOGY SERVICE, the only OMEGA authorized Service Center in Indonesia. We are proud of our precious luxury timepieces, high quality staff and harmonious working atmosphere.

Requirements:

  •  Candidate must be University Graduate (S1) with min. 2 (two) years managerial experience in Retail Business as Store Manager/Asst. Store Manager. 
  • Knowledgeable in high-end luxury retail sales with appreciation for the product quality, service excellence and all the related aspects.
  • Good appearance and pleasant personality is a must.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Excellent customer network and customer base development skills.
  • Able to make quick and sound decisions.
  • Able to work independently and high attention to detail.
  • Possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. 
  • Possess elegant and effective sales techniques.
  • MS Office ability is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of staff to reach sales targets set by Management. 
  • Leading a team of staff in managing the store according to standards set by the Management and Principal.
  • Apply discipline and sense of responsibility within the team.
  • Develop team of staff thru continues on the job training. 
  • Independently and continually improve personal knowledge of brand and competitors.
  • Must maintain excellent grooming at all times.
  • Bridge communication between Management and team of staff and vice versa.
  • To develop and propose strategize in improving store traffic. 
  • Maintain a complete customer database.
  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through service excellence.
  • Work closely with Retail Manager in managing inventory. 
  • Additional duties as needed.
