Qualifications:

  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or other relevant discipline
  • Min. 1 year experience in Banking or related industry
  • Have basic concepts of banking products such as lending, funding, trade and treasury products would be an advantage
  • Good English comprehension in listening, writing and speaking is a must
  • Good Mandarin comprehension in listening, writing and speaking would be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To assist Relationship Manager in handling day-to-day transactions and administrative i.e. account opening process, documents collection/filing, facility activation and facility utilization.
  • To monitor principal and interest payment via periodic tracking and send reminder to the Customer.
  • To assist other supporting department such as back office, bills, credit or loan administration, etc in delivering services to customer i.e. Time deposit placement, other banking transaction, remittance, loan disbursement/repayment, L/C issuing or negotiation.
