Job Title: Aesthetics Sales Representative/Clinical
Location: CENTRAL JAKARTA
Department: Derma and Aesthetics Center
Reports To: Sales Manager/Director
Job Type: Full-Time/Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Aesthetics Sales/Clinical Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of aesthetic products and services to healthcare professionals, clinics, and spas. This role requires a strong understanding of the aesthetics industry, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients, including dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical spas, and other aesthetic professionals.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Product Knowledge and Training:
- Professional training in Laser shall be provided locally and Internationally
- Stay updated on the latest trends, products, and technologies in the aesthetics industry.
- Educate clients on the features, benefits, and proper use of our products and services.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and their staff.

Market Research and Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and product development teams.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medical Sciences areas ,Business & Marketing or related,.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the aesthetics, beauty or medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of the aesthetics industry and market dynamics.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to understand and articulate technical information.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

- Would be based in our Central Jakarta office and required to meet and conduct appointments for presentations within Indonesia market

SALARY: IDR 6 Million and above
