We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager Lead to oversee all Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) projects. This role involves managing the entire lifecycle of projects, ensuring smooth delivery, client satisfaction, and potential growth. The Project Manager Lead will be responsible for leading the PM Division, reporting directly to the Board of Directors (BOD).

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

  • Lead and manage the PM Division, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Directly report to the BOD, providing regular updates on project status and progress.
  • Develop and implement project management strategies and best practices.

Project Delivery:

  • Ensure smooth delivery of all new projects, with a special focus on Telmark (collection & non-collection).
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Client Engagement and Satisfaction:

  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Address client concerns promptly and ensure their requirements are incorporated into project plans.

Team Management:

  • Manage and mentor the project management team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment.
  • Align team efforts with organizational goals and client expectations.

Project Success and Growth:

  • Ensure the successful delivery of all projects within scope, time, and budget.
  • Identify opportunities for potential project growth and expansion.
  • Engage with clients to explore new business opportunities and ensure long-term partnerships.

 

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing BPO projects, particularly in recruitment, legal, and finance processes.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High level of organizational and time management skills.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and outsourcing models.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and stakeholders.
