Responsibilities :
- Organizing production activities according to production plan schedule.
- Implementing quality management activities according to ISO 9001 in Production Dept.
- Issuing safety and WP (work procedure) for production and personnel in safe production operation
- Safety and environment standard’s set by Indonesian government authorities
- Leading troubleshooting activities when production problem occurred.
- Implementing 5S
- Ensuring that all customer complaint are investigated and answered
- Ensuring that all sample sent out and technical work requested are recorded and followed up.
- Reducing finished goods dead stock: without packing, out of spec to the agreed level.
Qualifications :
- S1 majoring in Chemical Engineering
- Have knowledge and skill in Emulsion Polymer Prosses
- Age – Max 33 years old
