Responsibilities
- Manage in total 10 – 12 outlets at the same time.
- Manage all Outlet’s F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
- Preserve each 10 outlet excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
- Lead 10 – 12 Outlets Team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel.
- Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies, and procedures.
- Provide two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with an emphasis on motivation and teamwork.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
- Placement Batam, Riau.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as Area Manager specializing in F&B/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Proven food and beverage management experience.
- Understand the inventory scheme well.
- In-depth understanding in-store profit and loss (P&L) report, Food hygiene, Health & Safety.
- Understand each KPI component for outlet and how to achieve them.
- Understand the process of solving problems related to operational issues.
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently, mastery in delegating multiple tasks, communication and leadership skills.
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
- Guest-oriented and service-minded.
- Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
