We are a joint venture company of a leading Singapore Property Group and Indonesia Property Group, both are public listed companies. Due to major expansion, we are now have opening for the below exciting position.

ASSISTANT LEGAL MANAGER

Qualifications:

1. Education: Minimum Degree in law or Master of Law from established university. The position requires the ability to read and write English fluently and computer literate.

2. Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years in Property fields in legal practice as a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyance

3. Skills:

Good management and communication skills
Having a good net working with the Local Governments
Ability to think logically and innovatively to solve problems.
Ability to make a professional judgment
Good knowledge of property law and practice
Good knowledge of local Government

4. Job Description:

To draft of opinion for companies related to corporate law
To draft all agreements, including property transactions like LOI, Agreement to lease, transfer deeds, and MOU’s under transfer of property law.
To prepare the affidavits and petitions
To research for litigation and non-litigation matters
To handle AJB /PPJB matters
To ensure that all agreements and contracts relating to property documentation are in order
To maintain all the original documents of all contracts and agreements for the purpose of audits.
To ensure all requirements of the various acts are met
To assist in drafting documents for purchase of property and all issues connected there to.

5. External Interactions: Property owner, brokers, advocates, contractors, authorities involved to get property deals through, government authorities etc.
