Business Development Associate (BDA) (Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung Semarang, Medan, Bali)
Roles and Responsibility:
- Build the business by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new customers.
- Develop and implement planning of sales activities in order to achieve given targets.
- Assess customer needs and make appropriate product recommendations.
- Assist customers in their financial planning.
- Ensure that current and prospective customers have a consistently superior Citibank experience.
Qualifications:
- Has strong passionate in sales and service oriented
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university and a minimum GPA of 2.75; Overseas University will be considered
- Familiarity with lifestyle of the affluent market
- High level of integrity, confidence, persistence, and dedication
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
REQUIEREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree from reputable University
- Have at least 1year experience in Sales
- Have a good communication in English and Bahasa
- Fresh Graduate is welcome.
