Our client is MNC System Integrator leader for Telecom projects, focusing in Oil & Gas sector. To strengthen their business in Indonesia, currently they are looking for a qualified candidate to be Senior Business Development.

Responsibilities:
- Generating sales & revenues as targeted budgets
- Developing, growing and expanding the business to existing and new Clients
- Involving in marketing activities
- Providing strategic input within management
- Developing list and follow-up actions for prospects.
- Developing the technical solutions, commercial budget, and contractual feasibility for Clients.
- Analyzing and breakdown a Contract / Tender scope of work
- Sourcing vendors and subcontractors relevant to the Contract / Tender scope
- Coordinating with the Director for the final Contract / Tender price and technical choices
- Preparing and negotiating Contract / Tender with Clients
- Ensuring project handling process with related functions
- Monitoring project progression from identification to closure
Requirements:
- Experience in Oil & Gas Control Systems, Automation, Telecom Integration, E&I Contracting
- Having a proven network contact at Oil & Gas End Users and Main Contractors
- Having minimum 5 years of working experience in similar role
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Automation / Instrumentation Engineering
- Good English oral and written
