Sales & Marketing Director
Responsibilities:
- Maximizing the occupancy and the average daily rate of the hotel
- Develop and implement of the sales strategy to maintain and drive business growth
- Develop and implement of the marketing strategy with a focus on creating and develop the brand, proposition and communications.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of competitive market
- Ability to analyze data and establish appropriate action plans
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or relative previous career history
- Five to seven years of sales and marketing leadership in Hospitality
- Willing to work in Medan, Sumatera Utara
