We are a multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking suitable candidate to fill in the position of:
Sales Training Officer
Provide sales training to support the organization by building skills and knowledge.
Responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing training programs for Sales Representatives and District Sales Managers – both new and experienced.
Identify business needs, perform needs/gap analysis and align training interventions (business planning).
Customize global modules for specific affiliate needs while preserving the instructional integrity of the global modules.
Ensure quality facilitation and implementation of training through accountability for the impact.
Build strong skills around business partnering, business planning, and sales training capabilities.
Key cross-functional responsibilities and spend time in the field for sales excellence..
Manage sales training budget
University Degree preferably in Pharmacist, Medical Doctor
3 to 5 years experience in as Sales Training preferably in multinational Company.
Fluency in English both oral and written
Excellent communication and good personality
Excellent selling skills
Experience in Sales
Strong presentation skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
