Due to our rapid growth, we are currently seeking for some professionals to fulfill some vacant positions as follows:
Community Development (Com Dev)
Qualification :
- Male/Female, max 40 years old
- Bachelor degree in Communication and any discipline from reputable university
- At least 5-10 years of working experiences, as Com Dev preferably in Coal Mining industry
- Able to do multi tasking job
- Good understanding government regulation and local community.
- Good approach in dealing with local community to support Company goal.
- Familiar with Indonesian mining regulatory framework.
- Good integrity, Hard worker, Initiative, honest, responsible, and having high spirit social,
- Mature, team work, & leadership skill
- Fluent in English and Bahasa
- Influencing and negotiation skills.
- Willing to be placed on the Site Area in South Sumatera.
- Good health condition;
