PT Mustika Citra Rasa (Holland Bakery) is the biggest and well known Premium Bakery with more than 180 outlets in Indonesia which currently needs a professional to fill the position of:
PASTRY & CAKE TECHNICAL CONSULTANT
Qualification:
- Minimum Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science or equivalent
- Has minimum 3 years experience in bakery in each respective area, For position of Pastry & Cake Technical Consultant: specializing in cakes, pastries, and dessert
- Able to deliver successful new products
- Has creativity and artistic ability in recipe development
- Able to write product specifications, SOP and perform quality control
- Formal culinary training preferred
