Requirements :
- Min. 1 year as Guest Service Supervisor or Front Desk Supervisor
- Min. 2 years as Guest Service Officer or Front Desk Officer
- Min. D3 certification
- Team player
- Good communication skills
- Good English in both written and conversation
- Literate in MS Office
- Literate in a check-in/out system is a must
