Territory Sales Manager (Based in Jakarta)

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop a new start-up into a branch office over the next few years
  • Oversee Sales, Systems Engineering and Administrative functions
  • Responsible in achieving the assigned annual country revenue quota
  • Direct and manage enterprise accounts and responsible in developing the key account businesses
  • Develop high-level relationships within enterprise accounts to ensure Intermec’s opportunity to win largest deals.
  • Orchestrate other Intermec resources to meet customer needs and maximize sales effectiveness
  • Develop and coordinate executive level relationships with accounts and Intermec internal executives
  • Coordinate the sales process among partners, Intermec’s direct and/or global sales organizations, and end-user prospects
  • Understand partners’ solutions, markets and business model, and further develop and communicate partners’ values to Intermec, including their prospects and end users
  • Establish and communicate Intermec’s values to the partner community
  • Develop joint business, sales and marketing plans to achieve goals and objectives
  • Create demand generation programs with partners for the end-users
  • Prepare and submit timely and accurate weekly sales reports as well as other sales management reports

Requirements: 

  • Degree, preferably in business or technology
  • 8 years of relevant sales/marketing experience with proven sales record and good industry knowledge
  • Aptitude to identify, define, prioritize and execute strategies for growing and improving both Intermec’s and its Reseller’s earnings
  • Ability to work closely with various internal organizations and external partners
  • Ability to design and manage effective reporting in both business and financial arena
  • Confident in their ability to interact with the dynamics of direct and indirect sales force across a diverse region and cultures
  • Effective leadership and people management skills
  • Customer oriented with strong business acumen
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Traveling is required
  • Required to work from home
