Sales Manager for OEM and Industrial segment
Location: Jakarta, Balikpapan, Medan
Your Tasks:
- Implement pricing alignment in the region (Distribution, MRO, others)
- Develop pricing level to reinforce brand image
- Expand market share through extending distribution network and recruiting new customers, while maintaining existing customers
- Identify and appointing distribution partners where necessary/appropriate
- Conduct training to subordinates to acquire updated sales, marketing and product technical knowledge
- Supervise subordinates’ work and assist them
- Ensure product availability
- Ensure DSO targets are met
- Develop & implement Distribution partner scheme including e-business
Your Profile:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with experience.
- Technical: special product knowledge and consulting knowledge (Schaeffler Industrial and competitors), extensive applications experience, failure analysis, product liability
- Sales: Industry-specific and customer know-how, sales experience and knowledge of field sales, knowledge of operational procedures and affected persons
- Communication: Conduct negotiations, presentation techniques, team/staff leadership
- Managing complex matters, interpersonal skills, ability to work in team, ability to assert oneself, good rhetorical skills, extroverted
- Fluent in English (Spoken & Written)
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
