TRAINING AND ASSESMENT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met
  • Plan, Organize and direct training workshops
  • Conduct and supervise training and development for our client employee
  • Execute programs for enhancing productivity and work quality, developing skills, building teamwork and loyalty to the firm
  • Recommend corrective measures in a detailed or summarized report
  • Conduct training session including on the job training, multimedia programs, internet based interactive training, and develop simulators and video conferencing
  • Help design leadership development and coaching techniques to meet specific needs of clients

Requirements:

  • Male/Female max 45 years old
  • Bachelor Degree (S1) from Psychology/ Management/ Law/ any related fields
  • Min. 3 years experience in training
  • Working experience in HR industry and knowledge of HRM, HRIS, performance evaluation and knowledge sharing is preferred and would be a definite advantage
  • Expertise in one or more training techniques like 3600 feedback process, six sigma, cockpit management a MUST
  • Has persuasive communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical, organized and methodical
  • Ability to develop networking internally and externally
  • Business Acumen & Change Management Knowledge based
  • Emotionally stabile
  • Has facilitation skills
