Retail Sales Director
(Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:
- Male, not more than 40 years old
- Preferably Foreign Master’s Degree holder
- Handling retail sales on a Senior Management Level
- Candidates from Multinational Company (MNC) will have an advantage
- Should be fluent in English (both oral and written)
- This position is for a European Company based in Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Broad networking and close relationship with hoteliers/ property developers / FMCG / MNC
- Excellent in marketing, sales and general management functions with min 10 years experience. Preferably in senior management / general manager/ directors level specializing in manufacturing, sales and marketing
- Lead, manage, and implement business strategy covering sales, marketing, and all back office functions
- Lead and manage division budget and control
- Ensure the effectiveness of marketing communication activities to support business needs
- Experienced in leading the development of company policies/ procedures and its implementation to ensure the effective organization and high performance
- Fully responsible for the Sales Achievement to meet the set Target
- Provide Market survey and data for strategy improvement.
