IT Sales(Jakarta)

(Jakarta Raya – Jakarta Raya)

Requirements :

  • Good network in various industries
  • Experience +4 years
  • Ability in handling administration work
  • Should have sold a minimun of 300K PA
  • Bachelors / Master’s Degree (Preferred)
  • Bahasa Indonesia / English

Achieve the target agreed through but not limited to :

  • Generating and Calling Prospect
  • Visit Costumer and Introduce Company
  • Make First level Introduction / Presentation
  • Setting up and Involve in Presentation / Study Meetings
  • Follow up aggressively and make sure participants are confirmed
  • Prepare Solution Proposal & Financial together with SBU and Technical Team
  • Arranging Planned workshop / Seminars, Co-ordinate participation
  • Ensure all preparation including material and equipment to be carried
  • Co-ordinate Participants and ensure coordination / arrangements
  • Setting up the meeting and undertaking Negotiation / Closing
  • Prepare and Follow up contract with costumer and get feedback / discuss changes
  • Help Project team co-ordinate meetings and preparation for meetings
  • Ensure timely invoicing to costumer – ensure proper documents included as per contract
  • Help Finance follow up invoice and help get payment
  • Follow up on issues in project to co-ordinate their closure by discussing with the Management
  • Ability to utilize basic tools such power point, excel, word, etc
  • Abiltiy to follow tender submission, Lead the tender process and ensure all documents are delivered as per tender (Administration, Financial, Technical, Etc)
