We are a shipping services company was growing. We are seeking highly qualified to join our company for the positions of :
HR & GA Supervisor ( HRG )
REQUIREMENT :
- Male, S1 degree majoring in Psychology/Law/Human Resource Management.
- Age 30 years old.
- Have at least 5 years of extensive work experience in Human Resources and General Affair is a must
- Excellent understanding of HR & Development area: Payroll, HR legal aspect, industrial relations and strong understanding in Indonesian Labor Regulations
- Excellent in managing Human Resources System and Procedures, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Good Analytical thinking Candidate must be achievers, having clarity of thought, high sense of commitment, ready to work and contribute in teams, willing to take challenges and responsibility, energetic, enthusiastic and fast learner.
