Leading multinational Shipping Company is looking for highly qualified individuals to fill in the following positions:
Customer Service (Full Time & Part Time)
Key Accountabilities:
To provide excellent sales support and customer service follow-up on existing and new business to meet customer’s satisfaction
Requirements:
- University Graduate; shipping experience an advantage but not a must
- Computer literate (MS Office proficiency is a MUST); excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- Self-motivation, discipline, hard-working and demonstrate teamwork
Excellent verbal and written communication in English is a MUST; additional foreign language ability an advantage.
