Recruitment & Training Manager for Sales
Roles & Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for managing a team of sales, focus on developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy in recruitment sales force, design training program for sales force, monitoring sales target achievement as well as propose any action plans or development in area of his responsibility. This position will report directly to Sales Division Head.
Qualifications:
- Male or female max 35 years of age.
- Preferably has educational background from Psychology or Human Resource Management.
- Having at least 3 years experience in the same position.
- Having 2 years extensive experience as trainer for sales in property business.
- Good communication skills, analytical thinking and able to work with target and deadlines.
- Preferably live in east Jakarta or Bekasi area.
